On page 4, line 18, after "plan" strike "along with its bid documents" and insert "within ten business days immediately following the notice to proceed date"
| EFFECT: Applies the requirement for an apprenticeship utilization plan to bidders with a history or habit of not meeting apprentice utilization requirements, rather than apprenticeship utilization goals.
Requires the bidder to submit its apprenticeship utilization plan within 10 business days following the notice to proceed date, rather than along with the bidder's bid documents. |
